Yesterday, the DSCC sent out an email calling attention to yet another weak Courier-Journal indictment of Senator Mitch McConnell which stated “It’s bad news for any sitting senator when in-state newspapers are calling you out for obstructing progress.”

OK, but doesn’t that also call attention to the recent bad news for Senator Harry Reid that just this past Saturday his hometown newspaper said nearly the same thing about him?

“If it wasn’t painfully obvious already, it became quite clear this week that Harry Reid prefers playing partisan politics to passing substantive legislation.”

I guess you have to give the DSCC and Courier-Journal an “A” for effort, but their love of mediocrity is painfully evident in their own impotent campaigns to unseat Senator McConnell.
