Kick start.
Will Yarmuth Answer The Call?: A group of black pastors is calling on all Presidential candidates and all other politicians to return any money donated by Planned Parenthood to their campaigns over the recent revelations about Planned Parenthood allocating donations to the organization from racists specifically to aborting babies of specific races - namely, African-American babies. Our plutocratic Rep. John Yarmuth (D - KY) is not only a politician who has accepted campaign cash from pro-abortion groups, he is a Director of Planned Parenthood of Kentucky, a subsidiary of the largest abortion provider in the country.
Harry Jackson, Jr., writes at townhall.com:
If Planned Parenthood is brought into check, it will substantially affect the entire abortion industry. Planned Parenthood has 850 centers around the country and is the largest provider of abortions in the nation. In addition, experts estimate that 75% of Planned Parenthood centers are located in close proximity to minority neighborhoods.
Chelsea Derby: Chelsea Clinton is coming to the Derby this weekend. Judging from Chelsea’s recent outings, this may be the most fabulous Derby of all time.
McCain Changes Tune on Rev. Wright: After Barack Obama went on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace yesterday and said that he understands why Jeremiah Wright became a political issue for him and that it is a legitimate issue, John McCain abandoned his previous theory that Wright was not appropriate grounds for attack against Obama. It appeared that of the recent negative coverage of Obama, McCain was going to latch onto the Bill Ayers controversy and let the Wright stuff go. Yesterday, however, McCain went after Obama over Wright, and even busted out some Wright quotes that hadn’t been covered extensively before yesterday. Jonathan Martin of The Politico writes:
“I saw yesterday some additional comments that have been revealed by Pastor Wright, one of them comparing the United States Marine Corps with Roman legionnaires who were responsible for the death of our Savior,” said McCain, responding to a question only about the North Carolina GOP ad, at a news conference in Coral Gables, Fla. He also cited comments Wright made that seemed to compare the United States and Al Qaeda.
