Thousands of Burmese people demanded basic human rights and democracy in protests last fall. I sincerely wish those who perished in these past hours had been able to live to see their country prosper in freedom.
The U.N. is accepting “international aid offers and shipments are being prepared at once.” Of course. The U.N. does such a great job in everything they do.
