KDP Chairwoman Jennifer Moore sent out a fundraising email recently incorrectly identifying Congressman Geoff Davis as the House Representative for Kentucky’s 5th District.  Davis represents Kentucky’s 4th District, consisting of northern Kentucky.  Congressman Hal Rogers, of course, represents the 5th District.
